Admission
Procedure and Requirements:
- Purchase a registration
form, complete all the information required by the School.
- Enclose the required documents i.e., original
birth certificate, latest report card copy and other relevant documents.
- Parents are advised to read the rules and regulations
on the reverse of the admission form and the prospectus, before submitting
the form for admission.
- Students of classes other than Play Home will
appear for a written test in English, II
Language (Opting for) and Mathematics.
- Performance in the tests will be a deciding factor
for the allotment of a class.
- Admissions are strictly against vacancies.
- The Age criteria for Admission is given below.

Guidelines to Parents
- School reopening date will be intimated, and will work half a day
on the re-opening day.
- School office timing - 9.00 am to 1.00 pm from Monday to Saturday.
School office will remain closed on all Government holidays. Visiting
hours are from 9.00 am to 3.00 pm on all working days.
- Parent's co-operation is an essential part of running an effective
educational institution. Parents are earnestly requested to ensure
that their children / wards are regular, punctual and disciplined.
Therefore, the School management relies upon the full co-operation
of the parents and guardians in matters concerning the education of
their children / wards.
- Parents or guardians are requested not to enter the classrooms
/ libraries and related activity rooms or try to meet teachers WITHOUT
WRITTEN PERMISSION from the PRINCIPAL.
- Parents must not telephone the School to
enquire about students progress or to contact teachers regarding the
child, etc., This can be done by writing a note in Student's class
diary to which the teacher would reply in the same diar y. The School
organizes regular Parents Teachers Meet for the benefit of the parents.
- Parents must avoid taking their children
for family social functions on working days, as this would distract
a student from regular study practice. Except on medical grounds,
a student should not be absent during Tests and Exams. Any such leaves
should be sanctioned by the School authority and medical certificate
should be submitted for the same along with leave letter. Tests and
Exams will not be preponed or postponed for any reason.

Parents are to look into the student's diary every evening and
see to it that all homework assigned for the next day is completed.
Remarks / Circulars mentioned in the diary by the Teachers, the
Headmistress or the Principal should be checked and signed.

If parents are found interfering directly or indirectly with
the administration or in the progress of the School it reserves
the right to remove the names of their children from the roll.

Pupils repeating the class for two consecutive years will be issued
TC.

Any student needing to be excused from PT or games must produce
parent's appeal along with a doctor 's certificate to the effect.
Norms for Pupils Conduct

Strict discipline is maintained regarding student's behaviour,
punctuality, regularity, cleanliness, appearance and uniform. Pupils
should be punctual and regular.

Every pupil will be regular in submitting home assignments.

The medium of instruction is English. Hence, speaking in English
is a must when in School. The respective language should be insisted
upon during the II Language / III Language classes.

Care should be taken to protect school property. Any damage done
to the School property will have to be made good by the parent /
guardian of the child.

Late comers - three times late will be penalised with a fine.

No collection money for any purpose will be paid without a written
memo / appeal from the Principal. Receipts for all payments are
to be insisted upon and maintained for reference.

Presents to any members of Staff are prohibited.

Books, cardigans bags, shoes and other articles brought to School
should have the name of the student and standard marked on them.
Pupils must look after their personal items. School will not be
responsible for the loss of personal items / property brought by
the students to School.
- The following behaviour on the part of students will be taken
as offences and such students will be liable for punishments.
- The use of indecent or abusive languages.
- Rudeness to Staff members.
- Disobedience to Staff or violation of School
rules.
- Cheating, lying, stealing and rudeness to
fellow students.
- Damaging School property or spoiling School
library books.
- Not wearing correct or proper uniform, irregularity
in work or to School, not being punctual to class or assembly.
- Bringing books, pictures, mobile phones,
magazines, comics, audio or videocassettes that are not permitted.
- Misbehaviour in class, or during assembly
or in the absence of the teacher.
- Habitual late coming.
- Leaving the School premises without permission.
Punishment includes suspension from School
and debarring from exams, and even expulsion from School, if necessary.

1. Karnataka secondary School Leaving Certificate Examination Or any
equivalent examination like ICSE ( X Std ) and CBSE ( X Std )
2. The candidate must have a minimum of 50% marks (aggregate) in the
qualifying examination

Admission procedure
The admission procedure at Cambridge is systematic
